Laser cutting machine is an important equipment for sheet metal processing, and the correct use of laser cutting machine is also an important prerequisite for improving its service life. Therefore, after purchasing the machine, we must master the standard and standardized machine operation process and methods, so as to reduce the failure rate and improve the service life. Here are the operation methods and maintenance methods.
Operation procedures of laser cutting machine:
1、 Safety regulations:
1. Start the laser strictly according to the start-up procedure of the laser, adjust the light and try to cut the workpiece.
2. Operators must be trained, familiar with cutting software, equipment structure, performance, and master knowledge of operating system.
3. Wear labor protection articles according to the regulations, and wear protective eyes specified in the symbol near the laser beam.
4. When the equipment is started, the operator shall not leave the post without permission. If it is really necessary to leave, the operator shall stop the machine and turn off the enable button under the emergency stop button.
5. The laser or shutter should be turned off when not being processed.
6. Keep the laser, laser head, machine tool and surrounding site in order without oil pollution, and keep the workpieces, materials and waste materials in order as required.
7. The use of air tank shall strictly comply with the supervision regulations of air tank. When opening the air tank, the operator must stand at the side of the air outlet.
8. During maintenance, the high-pressure regulations must be strictly observed. Turn off the power and check the cause of the equipment failure.
9. Fire safety regulations must be strictly observed. Put the fire extinguisher in an accessible position.
10. When it is not clear whether a material can be irradiated or cut by laser, do not process it to avoid the potential danger of smoke and steam.
11. Be careful when loading and unloading materials to ensure personal safety.
2、 Operation sequence:
Start up steps:
1. Main power supply. The regulated power supply is started. (check the three-phase voltage balance).
2. Open the main valve of cutting gas (check whether N2 and O2 leak).
3. Turn on the chiller. Check whether the water temperature and water pressure are normal. (water temperature of laser is 26 ℃, real-time temperature of water temperature of optical fiber and cutting head is 26-30 ℃).
4. Start the main power supply of the electric cabinet, start the power supply of the machine tool (the blue key, lights up to start) and turn on the computer host.
5. The laser power is on (white button, on to start).
6. The operating software system starts and the machine returns to zero. Place the corresponding material to calibrate the cutting head sensor and test the servo. (when the machine is started up every day, the machine must return to zero.).
7. The lower right laser power supply of the software is on with the shutter point. Adjust the focus position and follow-up nozzle according to the corresponding materials.
8. Manually test the gas N2 and O2 to confirm whether the gas pressure is normal. Press air to test whether the solenoid valve works normally.
9. Confirm whether the cutting procedure is consistent with the material and whether the selected gas is correct.
10. In the (automatic interface) call the processing program and load the cutting parameters.
11. Start the program, red light walk the border. Check if the cutting program is in the sheet range.
12. Start the program and start the machining. Pay attention to the cutting at any time during the processing;
If the cutting head may collide or there is a hole in the way, it shall be suspended immediately. After troubleshooting, continue cutting.
Shutdown steps (opposite to startup):
1. Clear the waste on the machine tool, turn off the main switch of the air valve, and press the air blow button to release the gas in the equipment.
2. Turn off the shutter, cut off the power supply of the laser, and move the X and Y axes of the machine tool to the middle.
3. Turn off the software and computer, turn off the main power switch, and then turn off the water cooler and voltage regulator.
Equipment maintenance process:
Daily maintenance details:
1. Check the water level of the chiller, which should be above the green mark of 2 / 3 of the water level.
2. Check whether the power line is damaged or not.
3. Check whether each switch button is flexible.
4. Check and protect the lens before starting the machine and keep it clean.
5. Check the cutting nozzle before light out, keep it clean and free from blockage.
6. Check whether the laser focus is in the center of cutting nozzle.
7. Clean the ash layer and waste materials of the machine table before work.
8. If the ambient temperature is lower than 0 ℃, please add antifreeze or drain the water of the laser water cooler to prevent the water from freezing and damaging the machine.
Weekly maintenance details:
1. Grease at least once a week, and add lubricating oil once a shift.
2. Disassemble the dust cover for inspection to ensure that the oil is filled in place.
3. Clean the cutting residue on the rack and keep the rack moving smoothly.
4. Clean the filter screen of cooling system and keep the cooling system working well.
Monthly maintenance details:
1. Clean the ash layer and air conditioning residue of the main control cabinet, and keep the cooling of the control cabinet working normally.
2. Clean water tank and replace cooling water (deionized distilled water will be replaced once in June and purified water will be replaced once in February)
Replace the filter element once in June.
